Have you ever overwhelmed by tons of emails that come unannounced and buried by them? Taking care of your inbox such as organizing the folder, structuring your email category can take half of a day and can result in wasting time even more than doing important matters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, just ignoring them alone won’t help to get work done too. In fact, managing your inbox is managing your work too. It shows how much work you accomplish and how much work you still need to take. The less your inbox have equal to the less work you have. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You just need to change your way of thinking for your inbox. If you have piles of emails unread, it\u2019s better for you to get back to work and make your work done. If the email can be done in a couple of minutes, respond it immediately or do not directly concern you, delegate to the right person or discard these and needs further action or thought to be considered, make it snooze or reschedule<\/a> the time for it and doesn’t need your action, archive it or delete it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s super simple. You just need to Skim it, Read it, Take it and Delete it to cheer up your day. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Skim it<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Just read through the email subject in a skimming way and find what might be attracted to you or what might be important enough you to read it or delete it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Read it<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In this stage there’s no need to rush. Read carefully and make a decision on what to proceed next when to respond. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take it<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Taking care of the priority list that has to be you who need to take action and transfer and forward it if these emails are not under your concern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delete it<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Yes, what’s the point in archiving when you will never look up to these mail again. The less your inbox have the clearer your mind got.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remember, there are more necessary meetings to attend<\/a>, there are more people who wait for your approval. Don’t let your precious time assembling or managing the lists of to-dos. You just need to make your work done. Make your inbox zero make your workload zero. <\/p>\n\n\t\t\t
