The following is a list of self-care tips that will help ease your anxiety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Normal worry or anxiety<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Normal anxiety is not a problem, but if you worry too much, you will become more stressed. To find out which one is more common than normal anxiety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Take <\/strong><strong>the time to look after you&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have severe anxiety, adhering to the COVID-19 prevention rules may be the best treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Be healthy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>During COVID-19, you need to eat the healthy foods and also important to do exercise and get enough sleep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Only then the immune system will be strong and the germs will not be easily infected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Search the new activities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pixelliongroup.com\/blog\/im-grateful-to-witness-the-awesome-spirit-of-my-team\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Instead of focusing on the disease<\/a>, look for new ones such as learn online learning lessons, learn new languages, reading, cooking and eating with the family, listening to music, watching movies and learn more about the craft from the <a href=\"https:\/\/pxel.im\/youtube\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Youtube Channel<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Think of helping <\/strong><strong>others<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Who in your community needs help? <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pixelliongroup.com\/blog\/together-we-overcome\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">How can you help<\/a>? This will help you to reduce your anxiety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Take a break from the news and social media<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There are some negative, ableist comments being said in the news and on social media right now. Even as a journalist, I\u2019m disappointed in the messages the media is conveying, and I need to&nbsp;take intermittent breaks&nbsp;from it periodically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Make a rundown of what you&#8217;d prefer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead of worrying about the disease, write down a list of things that you want to do when the outbreak is over that can increase your chances of surviving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Deep breathing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When you become stressed or anxious, your brain releases cortisol, the \u201cstress hormone.\u201d By taking deep breaths, your heart rate slows, more oxygen enters our bloodstream and ultimately communicates with the brain to relax. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When your blood is fully oxygenated, it carries and absorbs nutrients and vitamins more efficiently. Essentially, the cleaner the blood, the harder it is for illnesses to stay put in your system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Get Meditation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Systematic reviews of such practices have shown improvements in measures of anxiety, depression and pain scores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meditation practice during this pandemic has the potential to complement treatment and is a low-cost beneficial method of providing support with anxiety for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of the day, do what makes you relaxed and stress-free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the midst of this pandemic, we need to go through everything with optimism.
